The ability to design, engineer, and produce precision tools and dies is integral to high quality manufacturing. This service is based in 2D and 3D CAD modeling, developed by experienced designers and engineers who understand designing for manufacturability. Dies can be designed to accommodate parts up to 90" in length, 60" in width, and 20 " in height, and for the stamping of materials such as aluminum, brass, copper, cold rolled, spring, and stainless steel. Regardless of die, tool, or fixture type we provide high precision tooling designed for long service life.
